TQC have produced a number of sophisticated robot systems for several demanding applications. The projects have ranged from the use of proprietary robot units to the development of a large, complex bepoke system.

There are generally 4 types of robot, a 6-axis robot, a SCARA robot, a Delta robot or a cartesian gantry style unit. Robots can either handle production parts between sequential operations or for increased throughput can pick and place parts between technology modules such as parts feeders, markers, vision inspection.
There are example case studies below of robot handling and robotic assembly systems we've produced for you to explore.
TQC have provided multi-robot production lines and single robot workstations in different applications, ranging from automotive parts manufacture and modification, transfer of green state ceramic components to high precision automation at high speeds.
The business cases that are addressed by installing robot solution into your production facility are that robots allow high speed, flexible and configurable solutions for many assembly and handling operations.
A robot is a flexible solution that can replace manual labour and so allow production running costs to be reduced. Further benefits are that operations can be quality assured and checked automatically this being pertinent to many production environments including the pharma and medical sectors, the automotive sectors and aerospace and defence industries.
