Overview: This system was designed and manufactured so the customer can 100% leak test castings. TQC developed this system alongside the client to allow them to verify the casting was leak tight.

TQC has specialised in the leak testing of components for many years. This equipment is based on the standard TQC Series 40 range, a proven range of leak testing solutions.
The casting is manually loaded onto bottom tooling before being transferred into a leak test station for automatic sealing and testing. A 2D barcode matrix is read via a fixed reader on the machine, this code on the casting is a unique indentifier for that casting that is used to log the leak test data against on a PC system. On completion of multiple test the part is marked as pass or fail. The tested part is then returned to the front position for manual unloading.
